What’s up, man! The name’s Sayed Hamed, but you can call me Siko. I'm from Egypt, and for about 15 years, wrestling wasn’t just a sport… it was my entire life. Every single day, I was pushing my body over the edge, grinding through brutal training just to cut weight fast. There was honestly no other choice. Either I made weight, or I didn’t step foot in the gym. And the pressure was relentless. Just think how you'd feel from constantly starving yourself, running in sweat suits, draining water weight, and working out till your sweating from head to toe, just to hit a number on the scale. Sounds painful right? Believe me, it was. But through it all, it definitely paid off. I didn’t just win gold five times at the African Wrestling Championships… I also had the chance to represent my country on the biggest stage in the world. At the 2012 Olympic Games. I placed 8th. But even after all the wins, trophies, and a heavy medal wrapped around my neck… something was still missing. I had spent 15 years breaking my body down, staying lean, but not because I wanted to, but because I had to. And when wrestling was no longer my full-time career, for the first time in my life, I asked myself: “What kind of body do you actually want to live in?” That one question made me realize: I needed a serious change. ASAP. So what did I do? In 2015, I left Egypt and made the biggest decision of my life… I headed straight to the States. In a New country. In a New city. With a new challenge. But once I planted my feet on American soil, reality hit me like a train. For years, I was the strong, lean athlete on the mat. Dominating and tossing my opponents with ease. But in the real world? I felt small. Weak… Invisible. Sure, I wasn’t ‘skinny-fat’… but I didn’t feel happy in my own skin. You know that feeling when you step out of the shower, look at yourself in the mirror… only to realize you’re not confident with your reflection? Yeah, that’s exactly how I felt. I had spent so many years cutting weight that I never built the kind of powerful, athletic body I actually wanted to live in. So, this time, i wasn't training just to make weight. I was training for ME. I needed to be stronger. More muscular. Built like a man who walks into a room and instantly commands respect. And in 2016, I made myself a promise: To build a body that not only looked good but performed at its peak—every single day. It was time to transform. I dived deep into strength training, muscle-building science, and real nutrition. Not the starvation tactics I was used to back home. I pretty much lived at the gym a couple blocks from my apartment. Day and night refining my methods, and building a system that actually delivered the expected results I needed to see in the mirror. And within a year, after learning the proper way to train, eat, and build my dream body… I went from a 145 lb, insecure guy to a 194 lb, stronger, more confident, and energized Egyptian MAN. That’s right! I was finally satisfied in the powerful, masculine body I designed… naturally. I was the man i was meant to be. And now that i know how to pack on real muscle mass, sculpt rock-solid abs, and build insane strength— while keeping the fat off for good, without starving yourself for weeks.
