What's up! My name is Sayed Hamed, but you can call me Siko Sayed. Now, quick backstory on me: My home country is Egypt, and I’ve wrestled for 15 years, living in my lean, fit frame to win gold five times at the African Wrestling Championships. And in 2012, I represented my country at the Olympic Games, placing 8th. But even with all that success, I just knew I wanted more than just a wrestling career.

So in 2015, I left Egypt, heading straight for the States, ready to take on a new challenge in a new country, in a new city. But after living in New York for a year, I realized I was… small. Sure, I was fit and fast, had some fat on me, but I wanted to be bigger, healthier... happier. I needed to look in the mirror and see a man that’s secure, jacked, with arms bulging with strength and concrete muscle that would demand respect from just about anyone.

In 2016, I made a promise to myself to change, and my passion for fitness leveled up like never before. It was as if my second home was my local gym a couple of blocks from my apartment. Training day in and day out, no matter what time the clock said, I had to reach my goal. And within a year, after working out with fit pros and learning how to reshape my frame to see the 100% results, I went from a skinny 145 lbs, insecure man to a jacked, confident, energized 184 lbs Egyptian. I cracked the code to packing on muscle, carving out visible abs, and keeping the unloved fat away... naturally.

Finally feeling better, healthier, happier, and stronger in my new human body, I grew the mental resilience and confidence I’d been chasing.

So with that said, after training for 8 years, I’m more than confident and certain I can guide you to live a sustainable, healthy lifestyle with my proven methods, and personal coaching in order for you to achieve the physique and rebuild your mindset into the one you desire.
